Spent some time yesterday with AWWWARDS, which always provides a good hour or two of nerdy CSS3 & Design inspiration, especially when I haven’t been back there in a while. There were a ton of standouts, but the one that left the biggest impression on me was lifeinmyshoes.org.

‘Life In My Shoes’ is a powerful multi-platform campaign that challenges the fear and misunderstanding that surrounds HIV. I see the phrase “multi-platform” ad campaign thrown around so much, that I’m surprised when I see one that is done right. London agency Traffic Digital and charity Body & Soul have done an amazing job with Life In My Shoes, which is everything from talent search, to feature film, to an excellent web campaign that encourages people to describe life in their shoes, along with a picture of their shoes. It’s really well done, and along the way they managed to find some incredibly talented actors and actresses whose lives will most likely be forever changed by the process. Make sure you visit the site which has some awesome CSS3 transitions, etc… Kudos!
